Matthew Perry was found dead on Oct. 28, 2023; the cause was reported as the acute effects of ketamine. According to court documents, Iwamasa pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death and could face significant prison time. Prosecutors have recommended a 41-month term; his sentencing is scheduled for May 27.
